Charged for both ExportPDF and PDF Pack

I need a refund and a phone number to call?

Last year, we ordered the PDF pack. Last week, I went to our account and it looked like the subscription had just expired, with no notice. We decided to purchase the more basic subscription since we barely used it.

Now our credit card reflects a charge for a renewal of the PDF Pack and the Export PDF.

We'd like to keep the basic but I need a refund for the first subscription, no discussion. I can't find a phone number anywhere of course.

    Hi Allison,

    I checked your account and see only the active ExportPDF subscription and an old Acrobat.com subscription that's been canceled. I'd be happy to help you, but it seems you may have subscribed to PDF Pack using a different email address.
