Charged for service didn't even know I had

Is there a phone number to call and talk to someone for a charge that I have been getting since January 2015.

    Hi clals308,

    I've checked your account using the email address that you provided (which I've since removed to protect your privacy). The only two purchases tied to that email address are a Student & Teacher edition of Acrobat X Pro, and an ExportPDF subscription.

    I suspect the charge you're seeing is the annual charge for the ExportPDF subscription, which was started in January 2012. Unless you turn off auto-renewal or cancel that subscription, you will be charged $19.99 annually for it.

    Since you have Acrobat X Pro, there really is no need for the ExportPDF subscription. Please see Cancel your membership or subscription | Acrobat, Acrobat.com online services.

    Hi Sara,

    I see the charge, but I did not requested it?  NOT for 2013, 2014 or less 2015.  I have cancel the membership for the subscription.  Do you show that I requested renewal for this?

    This is a work account and I understand it is not a lot of money but I need to know if someone renewed this for me.

    Hi Ines,

    Those subscriptions are set up for auto renewal, so it's necessary to turn off auto renewal or cancel to stop the charges. I'm happy to cancel the subscription for you, if you'd like.
