since when do i start getting  charged to convert a pdf to doc   found mysterious charge on my credit card   i pay annually for this  no way to contact to ask simple question   help

Hi Dfdecker,

We just checked your account and it shows you have an Adobe Export PDF service for you pay once a year like you mentioned.

Please confirm what extra charges do you see on your card and if there is any other Adobe id you might have signed up with.
