Chinese Font type issue

My new MS office word tried to open my pdf file (chinese font) smartly saving the need for me to convert into word file for editing. However, the font was also altered. May I know if anyone can help to advise me, how can I have the converted pdf file to word file, maintaining the same original fonts?

I tried to do online edit a adobe website and once I click sentences, the fonts change too. Or at least, can anyone help me identify the font type from the original file? Pls advise!
