chinese words can't be recognize but the pdf file attachment

I have some issue when I key and save the pdf and save in Chinese version when I attach in the email and send to my customer all the Chinese words will become square box pls help me to resolve this issue

    This is possibly happening because of the Chinese font not being embedded.
