Clicked "SHARE", blank window appeared and all function now frozen.

I saved a fillable PDF from the web, filled it out and clicked share. Now, a blank white widow is covering the form and all is frozen. There was alot of research went into filling it out and I'm hoping there's a way to at least see the form again.

Help greatly appreciated!

Hi Tim,

Sorry for the delay in response and the experience. 
I hope this is already resolved. There is a known issue which occurs if you try saving a file and blank Save as window apprears, we have a solution for it: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/blank-save-as-dialog-mac.html
If you already have found a solution to this issue, i would request you to please share your findings that may help others. 
If this issue is still occuring let us know more about it, help us with screenshot and the version of app and OS installed on the machine.
