Clicking send for signature causes the program to freeze

A white box pops up and then freezes the program. I have to use task manager to close it. I tried uninstalling to reinstall, but it keeps saying I need to close either powerpoint or word - and neither of them are open.

Try to update your windows and supported devices.
I have the same problem last month. When the box appear, all computer is getting slow.
If you check into your task manager, You will see Disk usage 100%.
Then I try googling everywhere and bang.., I update my windows.
And everything works perfectly.
