Color to black and white

I have customer supplied drawings that have used yellow for all dimensions.  These cannot be viewed well on screen or in print.  How can I convert a simple colored line drawing to true black and white?

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are facing issue when viewing a pdf, is that correct?

Would it be possible to share the screenshot of the issue for better understanding? To share the screenshot here in the forums, refer to the steps given in this link: https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot

Also, let us know the application you are using- Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat?

Operating system you are using- mac or windows?

I am reading a PDF using Acrobat Reader, running in Windows 10.  Here is a screen shot.  Legibility, as you can see, is difficult.

Thanks for the screenshot. Try changing the options given under "document colors" by clicking Edit > preferences > accessibility > check the box replace document colors and check if that helps.
