Combine icon issues

My combine icon is showing add and not allowing access it is part of my plan - is there an issue at present ?

Hello Shaun,

Sorry for the delay in response to your query and apologize for the inconvenience caused. In Reader, you will get "Add" under the Combine as it's a designed behavior of Reader. If you click on Add it will direct you to a browser so that you can use the services and can combine files.

Hi Anand,

The function is working but the combine button still shows add rather than open
