Combined Files came up with a prompt to contact support.

Hi there,

 

Have had a pretty rough correspondence with Adobe support.

Can't go back to the chat for any ongoing support as the operator ended the chat. Pretty disappointing as I was asking for help to use combined documents which came up with a prompt to contact support. Would love to be able to use Adobe features but literally am not able to and support do not look further into the issue and end chats?

 

This is more a vent than anything else. But am trying to use the online compress and combined tools but keep receiving the same contact support messaged. Logged in, out, changed computer. 

 

Any ideas? Also - the support person was Mrinal, 1 star for their assistance.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the day in response.

 

We have checked your account using the email address used to sign in here in the community. We see that you have a Photography subscription. It does not include the Acrobat Online paid features.

You might have used the one-time free trial for the Acrobat Online account. You will need to purchase a subscription to use the paid features. However, you may use free features on Acrobat Online.

Try again and a different support agent might be more helpful.

Also - doesn't work for the combined tool either. Online options come up with the contact support prompt.
