I have successfully combined nine pdf docs into one, but end up with a big 20MB document.  How can I reduce this so that it can be an email attachment?

I have the Adobe PDF Pack

Hi charlesb219,

You have several options. If you have Acrobat, you can save as a Reduced Size PDF or Optimized PDF. (Feel free to try Acrobat for 30 days if you don't have it.)

You could use Adobe Send to send the file (with a free account, you can send a link to the file, and your recipient can download the PDF from that link).

Or, you could use an archive utility on your computer to compress the file (though you may not be able to compress it enough to send via email that way).

Best,

Sara
