Combining Files - Same File over and over

Hoping someone can help!

I have a template saved of a fillable form I use for work on my computer. When I need it, I fill it out and save it under a different name. 

Say I'm combining 4 of these forms, the first one will be normal, buteee

The only way I've combatted this is by printing and then saving as a PDF so it's not fillable anymore, but that takes a lot of time if I'm trying to combine 20 files. 

Is there anyway to combine fillable forms without the rest of the forms taking on the information of the first? It would be VERY much appreciated.
