Comment télécharger mes pdfs en incluants les commentaires dans Adobe Document Cloud?

Cette option était disponible avant mais maintenant mes pdf n'inclus pas les commentaires lorsque je les télécharges à partir de l'interface web Adobe Document Cloud.

    Hi Kareend,

    Sorry to hear about the trouble.

    As mentioned, you are not able to see the comments in PDF downloaded from the Document Cloud. Did you notice this with one specific PDF or multiple one? Also, since how long you have been experiencing the issue?

    • Try logging In to DC web interface using a different web browser:  Adobe Document Cloud
    • Check the same PDF through desktop application Adobe Reader or Acrobat DC. Do you see the comments added?
    • For testing, add comment to any file just now upload it to the Document Cloud and download it from there again.
