Adquirí la suscripción para docentes de acrobat, pero no puedo hacer uso de ella en mis aplicaciones web no movil.

Please let us know what you mean by non-mobile web apps. If you are referring to the Acrobat web application, let us know what happens when you try to use the AI feature. Do you get any error message? If yes, share the screenshot.
