como conseguir senha de ativação do pdf? toda vez que coloco para salvar em pdf me pede uma senha.

Hi daniellab53100197,

Are you referring to a specific PDF file that you're unable to save? Or are you trying to log in to an Acrobat.com online service? I see that you recently tried to subscribe to Adobe PDF Pack, but it looks like there may be a payment processing error. If you're unable to log in to Adobe PDF Pack at https://cloud.acrobat.com, please Contact Customer Care.

Best,

Sara
