It seems you are referring to Export PDF service as there is no export signature service.

To cancel , refer this KB doc Cancel your membership or subscription | Adobe Acrobat, Document Cloud PDF services

You can Contact Customer Care for further queries.

Make sure you sign in with your Adobe ID and select product from list.

Then select chat or phone option under " Still need help?Contact us".
