It's not necessary to cancel/resubscribe. You can change the language that Acrobat.com is displayed in by following these steps:

Log in to your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com.
Click the avatar (the little person icon) in the upper-right corner, and then choose My Information
Choose your preferred language from the Language pop-up menu.

When you convert files, you can tell ExportPDF what language to use for conversion, by choosing that language from the Document Language pop-up menu.
