¿Cómo recuperar archivos eliminados?

Borré accidentalmente los archivos que estaban en la página de "reciente", y ahora mi Document Cloud está vacía.

    Hi Alejandranino,

Sadly, if your files were only saved on the application and you do not have copies of the same on your device, there is no way to retrieve the lost files.

However, please check the recycle bin as the files can be in there possibly.

Also, please confirm the workflow you followed to delete the files as there is a possibility you might have cleared the files from the list and not deleted them.

    Thanks,

    Supriya

    Hola,

Donde exactamente borraste, en Acrobat en la pantalla de bienvenida, o en Documents.adobe.com pues es solo una lista de recientes como dices, no son los archivos, ingresa directo a las carpetas y busca, ya sea local o en el almacenamiento.

    Saludos,

    Hi,

Where exactly you deleted, in Acrobat on the welcome screen, or in Documents.adobe.com it is just a list of recent ones as you say, they are not the files, go directly to the folders and search, either local or in storage.

    Regards,

Hello where I find the recycle bin

If you are using a Mac, it has a Trash can instead of a recycle bin.

If you are using Windows and your Recycle Bin is not showing on your Desktop, follow these instructions from Microsoft Suppot.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/show-or-hide-the-recycle-bin-0d4d40aa-be23-91ec-96ab-338818d5e5fb

When you delete files from your computer, they move to the Trash (Mac) or Recycle Bin (Windows) and stay there until emptied.
