Compressing files error

Below is the message I receive when trying to compress a 5.4MB file. Please advise.

 

 

An error has occurred which stopped the processing of the PDF.

Please let us know if you are still experiencing the issue. You may check whether this happens with a particular file or with all of them. If you are using Acrobat Web, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies.
