As per the description above, you are not able to access the cloud account, is that correct?
Access the Adobe Document Cloud account through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/recent on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari with the Adobe ID(email) associated with the Document Cloud.
You can also refer to the Adobe article Where are my Adobe Document Cloud files?
