Haveing trouble with connection- not from my end, need to speak with someone who helps Australian customers via phone or email, Live chat didnt work- no one there and their live chat keeps crashing helppppppp.

    I don't know if there is any support number in Australia.  The support number in the US only work during US daytime.

    Chat usually works fine; how is chat "crashing"?  In what browser?
