Continual failure of Reader XI to convert PDFs to Word

Hello,

I paid $25 and every time I try to convert a PDF to MS Word after 2 seconds it tells me there's an error and I can't do it. Can I re-load a fixed or more update version? Meanwhile, how can I convert my PDFs to Word? thanks.

Hi vawineman,

I've looked up your accounts--no issues there. Have you tried logging in via a web browser to https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf?

If that works, then make sure that you have the most current version of Reader by choosing Help > Check for Updates.
