Conversion failure

I paid for the Adobe PDF Export package, but every time I attempt to upload a fine and convert an error message showing "conversion failed appears."

I need help!!

    Hi Maralk0315,

    As mentioned above, that its "Export PDF" service that you have been trying to use. So can you confirm whether you are doing the conversion online on https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf  or through the Adobe Reader DC desktop application?

    If you are trying it online then-

    1-Clear your browser cache (steps to do this vary by browser)

    2- Our try with the different web browser.

    Also, it depends on the file size, how large the file is that you are trying to upload? The ExportPDF service allows you convert a file that is 100MB or smaller. If your files is larger than that, try splitting the file into smaller parts, and converting them to Word separately.
