Conversion Failure

I am suddenly having problems combining multiples files into one single PDF.  I'm getting a conversion failure error.  Pleas help.  I'm only combining 4-5 files at a time.  This has never been an issue before

    For testing purpose, try exporting files to check if its only combining files you are having issues with or with other services as well.

    Also, try combining pdf using following link and see if you are getting the error:

    https://cloud.acrobat.com/combinepdf

    Hi erinb68974869,

    As i have checked the details for your account, you have Adobe PDF pack subscription, could you try "Export PDF" option using this link: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf and see if that works?

    Also, let us know the operating system you are using-Mac/Windows?

    But I don't want to export files to another file type, I want combine

    multiple files into one PDF.

    I'm using Windows 10
