Conversion Failure

I keeping getting conversion failure message. I've tried converting the file using the online web portal and still getting the same conversion failure message.

Hi sharmaarkea81192416,

Please review your PDF file's security setting from "Document Properties" below:

1. Open a PDF in Reader

2. Right mouse click then select "Document Properties .." from the context menu

3. Select "Security".

If your PDF file is set for encryption the file cannot be exported.

Hi Hasami,

The file is not locked and still having trouble converting from PDF to

word. I've attached to this email. I am only interested in a few pages. I

really don't need the whole document converted to a word. If you're able to

convert selected pages to word, I need the following pages converted to

word: 46, 52, 53, and 22 converted to a PDF.

Any help with this would be great.
