Conversion Failure

My current plan is Adobe Export PDF. I've been having issues for the past month  - any time I look to convert a pdf to excel, I'm receiving the message 'conversion failure' How can I sort this?

I apologize for the trouble you have gone through.

Please try again from https://cloud.acrobat.com if you have tried to export to Excel from Reader DC or Reader 11.

If you tried from that site, did it happen to any PDF file or particular PDF file?

Is your PDF file encrypted? To find out if PDF file is encrypted or not, open your PDF file in Reader and do right mouse click over the file.Then select "Document Properties...". Select "Security" tab.
