Hello Yanfaih,
We're sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused with Adobe PDFPack services.
I have checked the records and found that the Adobe PDFPack subscription is canceled and inactive already. The cancellation request was taken on Adobe Chat support and the full refund was processed. The correct process for the cancellation is to contact the Adobe Support(phone/chat) as it requires personal information by the support team to process the cancellation request and any refund.
As Adobe forums are public and request for cancellation on Adobe forums is not handled. For detailed information, you can refer to Account and membership help
If you subscribe to the services, and you face any issue during the conversion of PDF, try changing the browser and convert the PDF file using the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf on a browser like Chrome or Firefox.
For more troubleshooting, you can refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).
Don't hesitate to contact us back for any assistance related to Acrobat/Adobe Reader/Document Cloud services.
Thanks for your time and patience thus far.
Regards,
Anand Sri.
