conversion failure

Adobe.pdf gives me a conversion failure when trying to convert a file. I've tried excel, word & rtf.

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are getting conversion failure when trying to convert pdf to word/excel, is that correct?

I just checked your account and I see your subscription to Adobe Export PDF is active. There is no issue with the subscription status.
