conversion failure

Hi midwife,

Does the error happen with all files that you try to combine? There are certain file types that Adobe PDF Pack can't combine, including password protected PDFs, 3D PDFs, and PDFs that are part of a Portfolio. There's also a 100MB file size limit for uploading files to Acrobat.com.

That said, if you continue to get conversion errors, please try the following:

• Clear the browser cache and try again.
• Make sure that you're using a supported web browser: System requirements | Acrobat.com
• Try a different web browser.
