Conversion failure?

Conversion failure? pdf files works on pc, won't upload to adobe.com or convert - get message "Conversion Failiure" and file won't upload to cloud - can anyone help?

    Hi andrewcorser,

    How large is the file that you're trying to convert? There is a 100 MB file size limit for uploading files to ExportPDF. However, if the file is smaller than 100 MB, but is overly complex, the ExportPDF service may be timing out before it can finish processing it.

    Do you have the same trouble with other files, or is it just this one that's giving you trouble?
