conversion failure

Hi International,

Does this error occur when every PDF file that you try to convert? Or just with a particular file? It could be that the file is too large or too complex to convert. There's a 100 MB file size limit, but smaller files with many pages, images, different fonts and so on may be too complex for the service to convert for timing out.

That said, please try the following for starters:

• Clear the browser cache and try again.
• Use a different web browser (see System requirements | Acrobat.com for a list of compatible browsers).
• Make sure there are no firewall/proxy settings limiting your access to the Internet.

Try those and let us know how it goes. We'll dig deeper if necessary.
