Conversion failure - Abode Export pdf not working

Trying to convert a pdf to excel or word - abode prompted me to buy Abode Export pdf - c£21- which i did.

Doesn't work - get a conversion error message re file security settings don't allow this.

No warning of this before buying the software though - can i get a refund please Abode

    Hi Simonh7198733,

    As mentioned above, that you are unable to do to the conversion as document security restricted. Don't you need the subscription for any other file conversion?
