Conversion failure - I just paid for this crap program specifiacally to convert PDFs to word and it won't work I keep getting"conversion failure" and nothing else. Any suggestions?

I'm sorry that the subscription isn't working for you--let's see what we can do. Please tell me a bit more about the file you're trying to convert, and how you're converting (via Reader, or from the ExportPDF website)?

Is the problem specific to one file, or do you get the error with any file that you try to convert?

For starters, let's try the basic troubleshooting:

• If you're trying to access your subscription from within Adobe Reader, choose Help > Check for Updates and make sure that you have the most current version installed.
• If you're accessing the subscription via browser, log out, clear the browser cache, and then try logging in again. You can also try using a different web browser (see System requirements | Acrobat.com for a list of supported web browsers).

If you're still having trouble, let me know and we'll take a closer look at the file(s) you're trying to convert.
