I keep encountering a Conversion Failure message. What could the problem be?

    Hi Harlene,

    Is the error occurring in Reader or on the ExportPDF website? And, does the error occur with one particular file or with any file that you try to convert? Can you tell me a bit more about the file or files that won't convert?
