Hello,

For about a week now, we are getting conversion failures on every PDF we are trying to convert. Does anybody know what's going on?

Thanks!

Hi easytranslate,

You can try these things:

Log out of Acrobat.com, clear the browser cache, and then log back in to Acrobat Pro, PDF Pack, Export PDF & More | Acrobat Document Solutions

Make sure there are no firewall/proxy settings that are limiting your access to the Internet.

Disable OCR as described here How to disable Optical Character Recognition (OCR) when converting PDF to Word or Excel.

Florence

Tried all of this and it still is not working.  Nothing we have been told to do makes any difference.

This has not been working for a month now!!!!!

Hi easytranslate,

Are you trying to convert from within Reader or from Browser?

If from Reader then make sure you are signed in within Reader

Also try updating Reader to the latest v11.0.10 and check.

If from Browser then please let me know which Browser you are using and its version.

Have you checked with a different browser if possible?

Regards,

Florence

We have been trying from both the browser and the reader. The reader version is v11.0.10 which is updated as and when the system prompts us.

I will check a different browser from MS Explorer

I have been getting the same since Thursday!  The system signed me out and when I signed back in despite accepting login the conversion now fails every time!  I would also like some help.

Hi martinr68,

Are you trying to access the service via a  web browser or via Adobe Reader? If you're using a browser, please clear the cache, and try again, or try a different browser (see

http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat-com/kb/system-requirements-acrobat.html

or a list of supported browsers). If you're using Reader, choose Help > Check for Updates to make sure that you're using the latest version of Reader. You should have Reader 11.0.09.

Regards,

Florence
