conversion failure with Exportpdf

I've never had this problem before, but within the past week I'm getting conversion failure error message when trying to convert a pdf to word. I have tried resending the pdf, rebooting, etc. It's very glitchy. Works one day and then not the next. Same size pdf. Please advise.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. As per the description above, you are getting a conversion failure with ExportPDF while converting  PDF to Word, Is that correct?

If the issue still persists, please try to convert the PDF to Word using a different browser or use your mobile device or an iPad to export the PDF, sign on https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password.

Is the issue with one PDF file or with other as well?
