Conversion from pdf to docx not compatible with Word 2016

I've used export pdf to convert a file from pdf to docx. When I open the docx file in word 2011 or earlier the file conversion is perfect. When the same file is opened in Word 2016 large sections are missing. Anyone got any ideas about what is going on?

Hi Stuarth,

As I understand from the description above, the PDF file which you converted into docx, has some missing section when you open it with Word 2016, Is that correct?

Please convert any other PDF file into Word, and try to open in Word 2016.

use your online account https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf to export the PDF file, sign in with your Adobe ID and password.
