Conversion of PDF into Word Document: problems with upload

When I try to convert PDF documents into a Word document, I get an error message when the converted version should be uploaded.

Hi Ruedim,

Sorry to hear the inconvenience caused.

Can you share the error message that you get during conversion? Are you experiencing this problem with any specific document?

You must check with a different web browser, or reset the web browser you are currently working on.

Make sure that the file size is not too large, as it has a limitation of 100MB File size limitations

Check with the desktop application Adobe Reader DC, and see if that helps.

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
