Conversion of pdf to excel leaves lines out

I have a invoice document in pdf that i want to convert to Excel (XLSX) but on some pages it doesn't convert a number of last lines on the page. When i convert the document to DOCX the missing lines are converted to Footers. It is not on alle pages, sometimes it is only the last line but there are also pages where 6 lines are in the footer.
