Conversion pdf into Word documents

Hi

I have my pack for the past 3 years.

Before, with my pack at 50€ / year, I was able to convert all PDF doc onto Word. But now, If I want to convert the PFD I get on a page which ask me to pay 18€/month.

Why can't I convert the doc anymore?

I did it again but it is not working.

I can not convert PDF onto Word document and words documents onto PDF as I use to do it last year.

I can not see any contact details to know why it is not working. Each time I get into a website page asking me to pay.

My abode client number is : 543474222 and I pay 70$ / year for the past 3 years.

Please try to use the services through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf on a different browser like Chrome, or Firefox or, Safari, and check if it makes any difference. Sign in with your Adobe ID and password.

If you are using the free desktop version of Adobe Reader to use the services of Adobe PDFPack, then sign out and sign back in Reader with your Adobe ID and password.

For more troubleshooting steps, please refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).
