I managed to do this before and now I don't know how I did it.

    Hi Howard,

    You can convert that PowerPoint file to PDF using Adobe Acrobat or PDF Pack. If you have Acrobat, choose File > Create PDF From File, select the PowerPoint file and then click Open.

    With Adobe PDF Pack, you can log in to the web interface at https://cloud.acrobat.com, click Create PDF, click Select Files to Convert to PDF and navigate to your PowerPoint file, and then click Open. (You can also do this from within Reader if you have a PDF Pack subscription.)
