Convert Multiple PDFs to Excel in Bespoke Layout

Hi,

I want to export the data in a PDF to Excel. I know this can be done within the software but it converts it to merged files which will only mean I have to mess around converting it to an appropriate format.

Is it possible to pre-determine the format of converted data?

Also is it possible to apply it to multiple PDF's of the same layout.

So for example I have invoices from a supplier. I want to export specific data from multiple PDF's to a single Excel Sheet in a table format.

Can anybody help with this?
