I usually convert PDF in MS WORD from Reader. Now a message said "an error occurred when connecting"! (une erreur est survenue lors de la conexion). Thus I have to go to Adobe Document Cloud to get the MS File and this is not convenient !!!!
How to solve this ?

If I understand your query correctly, the you are receiving this this error while accessing the service through Adobe Reader DC but on Document Cloud web its working fine?
