Convert PDF to CMYK Seperation for Offset Printing

Hi

I had a problem with pdf file that the cmyk colors are not correct the black is 4 prosses colors

the PDF file is image not open PDF

How can i convert the colors of the file to 2 prosses colors to be printed on offset format
