Convert PDF to Excel

I have a PDF that I receive monthly with data I have to convert to Excel. Because there are more columns than will fit on one page they drop down to the 2nd page. So basically pages 1 and 2 have information that should be on the same row. Is there anyway that I can easily manipulate that data when converting for it to take the 2 pages and put them in the same rows? Hopefully this makes sense
