Convert PDF to Excel

Once I convert a PDF to Excell and open the Excel file, there is nothing there

As per the description above, when you convert a PDF into an Excel file, there is nothing in the Excel file, Is that correct?

Please try to convert the PDF to Excel file using a different browser like Chrome, or Safari, or Firefox through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password and see if this bring any difference.

You may refer and try the troubleshooting steps from the following KB doc which discusses the similar issue Export PDF to Excel comes up empty
