I have paid the annual fee for ExportPDF, but Adobe still asks me to subscribe to the service when I try to convert a PDF.  Solution?

It is not very clear that a delay is possible when signing up for the subscription.  Thankfully mine came through within an hour.  Please put a warning box on the payment indicating that it could take that long.  Thanks.

I've checked your account: Your ExportPDF subscription order is still processing. It can take 24-48 hours to process completely. When it does, you'll be able to log in and use your subscription.
