    Hi BKKADY,

You can use either Acrobat or an ExportPDF subscription. The latter is the least expensive option. For more information, see cloud.acrobat.com.

I downloaded a free trial but cannot see how to convert a PDF to a word document. Can you tell me the steps to do this?

    Thanks!

    Hi again,

What did you get a free trial of? If it's Acrobat, you would open the PDF and choose File > Save As Other > Microsoft Word > Word Document.

If you got an ExportPDF subscription (which isn't free), you would log in to cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password, and then follow the prompts to convert file. Here's the ExportPDF getting started guide, with a little more information: Getting Started with ExportPDF

Please let us know if you have additional questions.
