Convert PDF to Word is not working corrrectly

I purchased Adobe PDF Pack two days ago and it will not convert PDFS to Word properly.   Spacing is incorrect and it will not allow me to print a copy.  How do I rectify this problem?

    Hello Roberts,

    As per the description above, you are not able to convert a PDF into Word correctly as the line spacing  is incorrect and it's not allowing to print, Is that correct?

    Please try to convert the PDF online, log into your account at  https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf with your Adobe ID and password, more about Adobe PDF Pack.

    You may also try the free desktop version of Adobe Reader to use the service, if the Reader is not installed, download and install it from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution  https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

    Try converting any other PDF into Word and check.
