Convert PDF to Word. Only get 4 pages of 56

Question

I've tried converting a PDF to a Word doc but it only converts 4 pages and those 4 pages are jumbled up. It says there are 2445 words but there aren't that many in the 4 pages. This PDF started as a powerpoint presentation and was converted to PDF so maybe that has something to do with it.

Any ideas?

Hi Aaronl,

Sorry for the delay in response to your query.

As you have shared above that the pdf was actually created through the PowerPoint, so that could or could not be the causing problem.

Because the conversion of document is completely depends on the quality of pdf you file you start with.

Also, please check the file size of actual document. Because document cloud has a fine limitation-File size limitations

You may try conversion online- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

If it still doesn't help, then you can send the file to us and we would test the same at our end.
